It took me a while to come to this page. We never thought we'd have to say goodbye to you but we have to let God have his way. We thank Him for your presence in our lives for the years you were here. Jeremiah you were the true meaning of the word “Friend”. From the day you met my son Carlos you and him were the best of friends and y'all remained friends until God needed you back. We Love you Jeremiah… be on your peaceful journey!!

Jeremiah J-ROCK-C Curry was a Real Man. The true meaning of a Real Friend. I've known him for forty years. I could always depend on him for any and everything. He's the most brilliant, bravest, smartest, most talented person I've ever known. When God made Jeremiah, he made perfection. Love him Forever. R.I.Paradise my Brother

In the recording studio Jeremiah was known as "ONE TAKE"...he would come in seat down and say "turn the mic on". He would record the whole song in one take, say GAME OVER and walk out.
He had a gift!

When he got a little older he would come to work with me, not every day but once in awhile…it was always good to hang with him...I always learned something. Things like: how he appreciated what he had even though sometimes he didn’t have much. About how he loved his family even though he would sometimes argue with the ones he loved.

I met Jeremiah in 1991, "in the building".I was so impressed by how good he was at drawing: he was gifted! Years passed by and he often came to our house to spend a few days with our family. We all loved him; and he loved my pasta!
He did not draw anymore, but when he rapped, he was amazing! I still get goosebumps when I listen to him.
He was part of our life and we miss him.
Good bye, Jeremiah.

Was it yesterday, or almost 40 years ago?
I met Jeremiah as a young kid, he and his friends would come to my apartment in the building to rap on beats I made for them. When we weren’t making music we would play football in the courtyard…Great times!!!
Like Jeremiah would always say…One Love
