I offer my deepest condolences to the Lowery Family. Jarel was a remarkable person with a big heart and an infectious personality. I was privileged to be Jarel's Camp Counselor at Calvary Baptist Church Day Camp. He was always cheerful, full of energy, and had a genuine love for sports. It was heartening to know that Jarel pursued his passion as an educator in the PPS system. He was adored by his students at PS#13 and YMLA, where he taught Physical Education. Jarel's absence will be felt deeply, but his memory will continue to live on in our hearts.
